Job Description

MVP Security Systems is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Technician to join our esteemed technical team. The Field Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems, ensuring our clients receive seamless and reliable security services.

Key Responsibilities 

• Installation: Efficiently install security systems, including cameras, access control systems, and alarms, at client locations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks and system updates to ensure optimal performance, identifying and addressing technical issues promptly.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose system malfunctions, perform necessary repairs, and provide technical support to clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
• Client Training: Educate clients on system usage, providing clear instructions and resolving any queries to enhance their understanding and confidence in the security system.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and client interactions, ensuring comprehensive documentation for future reference and analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a field technician in the security industry.
• Strong technical proficiency in security systems installation and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Relevant certifications or technical training in security systems installation is advantageous.
